What SaversStandard is

SaversStandard is a website that publishes guides and arranges free quotes. SaversStandard is an editorial and marketing website, not a bank, lender, insurer, law firm, debt relief provider or adviser. We do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. We do not guarantee approval, coverage, savings, rates or other outcomes. Providers set their own terms, and our comparisons do not include every available product. Product terms, rates and availability are set by the providers and may change without notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and legally able to enter into a contract. Product availability and terms vary by state. Licensed insurance agents and partner providers set their own eligibility requirements.

Quote requests

By submitting a quote request you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to be contacted as described in the consent language shown at submission. Our Privacy Policy explains how that information is collected, used and shared.

Acceptable use

You may use the site only for your own lawful purposes. You may not submit information on behalf of someone else without their authority, submit false information, use automated tools to access the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of it. We may refuse or discard any request.

Content is not advice

Guides and articles are general information, not financial, insurance, legal or tax advice; rates, terms and product details may change and we do not include every product or offer on the market. Our Advertiser Disclosure explains how we are compensated.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design and the SaversStandard name are owned by Four Nine Nine Ltd and may not be copied without permission. Provider and carrier names belong to their owners.

Third-party websites and providers

Links on this site lead to websites of licensed insurance agents and partner providers and other third parties. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Any product, quote, offer or service you obtain from a third party is governed by its terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Nine Nine Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from any product, quote, agent, provider or carrier. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Four Nine Nine Ltd against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice to contact@499group.com will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court, and it does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live.

Electronic communications

You agree that we may send notices about the site by email to the address you give us, and that emails and documents we make available on the site count as being in writing. Your lender, carrier or provider delivers its own agreements and disclosures under its own process. You can ask for a paper copy of anything we send you by emailing contact@499group.com.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
